Welcome to an embodied experience of Hakomi and psychotherapy as spiritual practice with legacy holders Donna Martin and Flint Sparks. Flint and Donna have been teaching this in retreat settings for more than 20 years. Flint is a Hakomi trainer and legacy holder as well as a Zen priest and spiritual consultant. Donna is a Hakomi trainer and legacy holder with fifty years experience teaching yoga and meditation.
