Join our global community for this two hour workshop, designed exclusively for men, that aims to facilitate discussion and reflection on masculinity, incorporating elements of the Hakomi experience to guide participants in sharing and self-study. We will create a safe space to examine the multifaceted roles and expectations associated with being a man in contemporary society. You do not need to have any experience with Hakomi to attend this workshop.
