Assisted Self-Discovery

Embodying and sharing an open-hearted way of relating and supporting our human potential

I was reading from The Heart of Buddha's Teachings this morning by Thich Nhat Hanh, in remembrance of him, and came upon the following quote: "There are things that even a child can see but we ourselves cannot see because we are imprisoned by our notions."

I am already finding how the Hakomi Method provides a clear and direct way to bring those unconscious notions to light in order to make new choices to get the nourishment I need for deeper wholeness.
