a Hakomi Approach

Sunday, Oct 26th, 10am to 12pm PDT ~virtual workshop


Join other HEN community members from around the globe for this two hour workshop, designed exclusively for men, that aims to facilitate discussion and reflection on masculinity, incorporating elements of the Hakomi experience to guide participants in sharing and self-study. We will create a safe space to examine the multifaceted roles and expectations associated with being a man in contemporary society.


Grounded in a state of Loving Presence where healing can happen, key activities will include welcome and intention setting, small group check-in focused on influential and inspiring male figures, as well as various self-study exercises and nourishing experiences exploring themes such as support, power, vulnerability (asking for help), and the distinction between "doing" and "being”.
