Special Event: Hakomi and Spiritual Practice

Hakomi has been called "applied Buddhism". In a spiritual atmosphere called the Practice of Loving Presence, we use mindfulness to reveal and explore habits that cause unnecessary suffering. We want to open to new possibilities of nourishing life experiences.
