Trainer Collaboration Meeting

For those of you who were able to attend the recent Community Dialogue, you already know that HEN Leadership has been busy formulating a strategy to reinvigorate the organization and the community.  We shared our plan with the community at large and now we need to share and collaborate with you... the Trainers.

Given your experience and the role you play in the community, your feedback and participation are critical to the success of our plans and of the network as a whole. 

During the November Community Dialogue, marketing was identified as the top priority for HEN. The major issue we’re facing the launch of a virtuous cycle of interest, engagement and mutual benefit. While we do have access to a $120,000/year Google ad grant, we cannot make use of it unless the HEN website has frequent and compelling offerings. However, it is you, the Trainers that actually provide the offerings.

The solution to this situation is to:

1. create HEN-organized events that showcase Trainers (and raise funds for the organization)
2. ensure that HEN has consistently reliable listings & links to ALL network events

We need your participation with this and we have a plan to help make it easy. The meeting will be recorded for those who can't attend. We welcome everyone's input and involvement. We really hope you can join us.
