You asked for it! We are delighted to be offering a monthly series of 90 minute Hakomi Tasters. Are you looking to experience Hakomi for the first time and learn more about the method? Have you fallen out of practice and need inspiration? Are you an existing student and want to connect with the larger community? These accessible sessions are just for you. Once you get a "taste" of Hakomi, you won't forget it.
We invite you to join us for the first HEN Taster of this season on Saturday, November 8th from 10:00am - 11:30am PDT.
Tasters will be led by Fernando Gomez, HEN Teacher and member of the Vancouver Hakomi Education Network. Fernando is fluent in both English and Spanish.
