Changes to the HEN Membership Model
Our membership model will change as of January 1, 2024:
We will continue to increase the value to members with the addition of video and audio resources from Ron's Archives and offering opportunities for members to learn Hakomi directly from those archives.
Resource Subscriptions are being retired. We will make all resources available via the Standard Membership
The annual $50 CAD fee will become an automatically recurring monthly fee of $8 CAD

Be a part of the Network
Through your HEN membership, you gain access to a rich array of learning resources and experiential events, linking you directly to the international community. In this way, you participate in our vision to share Hakomi with the world. We want to make it as easy as possible to join us and get the most out of your membership.
In 2023, we began offering a consistent level of quality programming (Building Community events, the Resourced & Inspired series, Community Dialogues, Trainer Dialogues) and in collaboration with network members in Mexico, we are organizing another International Congress in April 2024. We also came into possession of an extensive collection of videos, audio, and documents from Ron Kurtz. This archive contains rare and largely unpublished audio and video resources. It requires a great deal of work to edit and catalog the material, but we are making steady progress and adding new materials on a regular basis.
Responding to Feedback
Over this past year, we have repeatedly received two pieces of feedback:
Our membership fee is too low, considering the value we offer and relative to other professional memberships.
The process of accessing both a membership and resource subscriptions is complicated, confusing and cumbersome.
HEN is committed to ensuring that Ron Kurtz’s gift of Hakomi continues to be shared with the world. To do that we need a thriving HEN community and organization. We are also committed to being accessible to as many people as possible, both financially and otherwise.
To meet our commitment to the international community we will be making the following changes:
The Resource Subscriptions will be discontinued. Standard Memberships will allow access to most resources. Certification levels will still control access to some resources, but the majority of videos and documents will be available to all.
As of January 1, 2024 we will be switching to a monthly membership model, at a cost of $8/month (CAD). We will continue to offer a discount (upon request) to those who have financially compromised situations (either due to personal reasons or their national economy).
